"The Educational Oscars" is a scientific award organized by the Human Resources Development Center (HDTC) in Dubai, which is one of the centers under the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) of the Dubai Government. The first edition of the award was launched in early 2020, under the patronage of the Arab Creators Union, a member of the United Nations and one of the unions affiliated with the Arab League. The award's closing ceremony, where the winners were honored, was attended by several prominent figures, including Najib Mikati, the Prime Minister of the Lebanese Republic, who delivered a speech on behalf of his country, along with the ambassadors of Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, and other Arab countries in the United Arab Emirates, as well as the Nigerian Minister of Education.
